The Dark Knight (Batman Begins 2)

hát, kicsit félve közelítek hozzá én is. pedig iszonyatos nagy kedvencem az első három, főleg a harmadik. ott tökéletes egyensúlyban van a non-stop akció és a fergeteges poénok.
minden este imádkozom, hogy a negyedik is ilyen jó legyen! :))

az igazság az, hogy a bemutató alapján egyszerű akciófilmnek tűnik, dehát ahogy a vak is mondta: majd meglátjuk :)

Erre a Die Hardra nagyon kíváncsi leszek, remélem nem szúrják el.

azért megnézni biztosan megnézem majd moziban és a gyártónak ez már jó! :)

addig is figyelek az idei nyárra: Live free or die hard, Transformers, Pirates of the Caribbean - The end of the world, Spider-man III. nem semmi lesz!! :))

mondjuk, Eckhart még tényleg hagyján, de Ledgerrel valahogy nem vagyok kibékülve.... főleg nem Jokerként.
na mindegy, majd meglátjuk mi lesz belőle

Eckhart tényleg az, de Ledger miatt kétségeim vannak(sztem elég közepes színész).Totális ellentéte a karakternek, mondjuk lehet, hogy Nolen ezt fogja "kihasználni".
Mindenesetre Nicholson után kissé elfogult vagyok :)

Hmm, én úgy hallotam Emily Blunt (Devil Wears Prada) lesz az új csaj....Maggiet nem tudom elképzelni ilyen jellegű filmben/szerepben.  Az viszont biztos hogy jobban járunk mint Katie Holmessal...

hát, nem tudom, ez a film benne van az általam legjobban várt toplistában, de ez a szereposztás, egyre inkább inkább elkeserít....

Ledger ismét okosan

It is his decision to play The Joker in the new Batman film The Dark Knight that has caused much interest in the industry. He says that ordinarily doing something like that would not be of interest to him. "I actually hate comic book movies, like fucking hate them, they just bore me shitless and they re just dumb. But I thought what Chris Nolan did with Batman was actually really good, really well directed, and Christian Bale was really great in it."

Ledger says he s looking forward to playing a truly evil character. "He s going to be really sinister and it s going to be less about his laugh and his pranks and more about just him being a just a fucking sinister guy." Asked if he decides to do a big movie like this, because of agent pressure, Ledger pauses then laughs. "I m sure they re super happy that I m doing this, because this is the first time I ve really kind of taken something like that, so they re over the moon. But I think it s just going to be a really fun experience, and I love to dress up and wear a mask." No costumes have been designed, but the actor says that "I ve seen a few interesting designs on the look and I think that it s going to look pretty cool."

Ledger on Joker

The Toronto Sun talked to Heath Ledger, who mentioned The Joker in The Dark Knight:

Come January, he starts playing the Joker, in Christopher Nolan s next Batman film The Dark Knight. "It s definitely going to stump people. I think it ll be more along the lines of how the Joker was meant to be in the comics, darker and more sinister."

The Toronto Star also got a quote from Ledger about the role:

"I wouldn t have thought of me, either. But it s obviously not going to be what Jack Nicholson did. It s going to be more nuanced and dark and more along the lines of a Clockwork Orange kind of feel. Which is, I think, what the comic book was after: less about his laugh and more about his eyes"

A Fülöp, mint Kétarc hmm..mindenesetre érdekes lesz. Egy kicsit kisfiús arca van, én special Hugo Weaving-féle karakteres(ebb) arcban reménykedtem, de ha Ledger bejön 2008ban, akkor az életben nem húzom a számat többet Nolan villain válogatási szokásain...:)

scarlet jöhet, bowie és serkis is, de jackmant igazán kihagyhatnák.

Chris Nolan on The Dark Knight

ComingSoon.net sat in on an edit bay session with director Chris Nolan for The Prestige (lots more on that next week!) and the helmer talked a bit about both his blockbuster hit Batman Begins and its upcoming sequel, The Dark Knight.

Nolan said he was very surprised by Batman Begins  success, "for the simple reason that I felt we had really poured our hearts out in making a good film and that on our own terms we had succeeded. I never really expected to satisfy critics and Batman fans and regular audiences equally. I mean I thought maybe we d get two points on the drawing board if you like, but the fact that all three seemed to respond well, that was a big surprise to me. I mean it felt like you were going to lose one aspect or someone… I think we were very fortunate in that regard, it s very gratifying."

Talking about the follow-up, in which Heath Ledger will play The Joker opposite Christian Bale, he mentioned that they re changing things up. "I think what people responded to well about  Batman Begins  is how different it was from their expectations so I think we would be foolish to not recognize that and to [try to replicate that now predictable blueprint]. I think we ll be doing something very different for the sequel. I certainly wouldn t have any interest in trying to repeat experience or the formula we ve made, because particularly being the origin story, it s a very unique thing, a very singular experience. My interest would sort of be to move on from that and to do something quite different."

The Dark Knight is coming in June of 2008. The Prestige, starring Hugh Jackman, Bale, Michael Caine, Scarlett Johansson, Rebecca Hall, Andy Serkis, Piper Perabo and David Bowie, opens October 20.

Nolan on The Dark Knight!

A couple weeks ago I spent some time chatting with director Christopher Nolan for an upcoming feature in Mean Magazine all about his new flick, The Prestige.

In addition to talking about the dueling magicians thriller at length Nolan indulged some of my curiosity about his next little project you might have heard of…the next Batman film!

You’re going to have to wait until the issue hits the streets October 23rd for the whole lengthy dialogue but in the meanwhile but here’s a taste…

Horowitz: Batman Begins dealt with a range of themes from revenge to how we confront fear. What themes will you be exploring in The Dark Knight?

Nolan: I suppose in loose terms I can say it’s about things having to get worse before they get better.

Horowitz: It’s that note the first film ends on of escalation?

Nolan: Very much.

Horowitz: Is there anything to be inferred from the name you’ve chosen for this film, The Dark Knight?

Nolan: Ultimately yes. [Laughs] But I’ll leave that for people to infer.

Horowitz: This is the cryptic portion of our chat.

Nolan: Yeah. [Laughs] The title has been chose very specifically. It’s quite important to the film.

Horowitz: I take it [the Joker] will be less Cesar Romero and Jack Nicholson than the Joker we saw portrayed in a comic like The Killing Joke?

Nolan: Yes. I would certainly point to The Killing Joke but I also would point very much to the first two appearances of the Joker in the comic. If you look at where the Joker comes from there’s a very clear direction that fits what we’re doing very well.

Jaa! Hát igen..én egyébként kiváncsi vagyok, hogy lesz e a jellegzetes hosszú hegyes orra az új Jokernek..ilyen szempontból lett volna jó választás Lachy Hulme, mert rá még maszk sem kéne:)
