MediasharX has a transcription of an interview with director Ridley Scott in which he mentions possible new Alien and Predator films. He says that 20th Century Fox is currently waiting to see how Alien vs. Predator will do in August before greenlighting new films in the two franchises. Here's clips from the article:


FW: And what of the rumor of another Alien movie?
RS: We have been talking about doing another one for years. It's been a complex situation. At the end of the day, a studio has to be pleased, a core audience has to be pleased, and a director has to agree to all that. I am glad to say things are progressing...

FW: With you as Director?
RS: I don't think I'll be directing, but I will have some involvement. It'll probably be based on an idea I have, so I hope I'm asked to be involved.

FW: Can you talk about the idea?
RS: In broad terms, It's something for those folks that want to see Ridley's Journey come full circle and..

FW: Does that take her to the home planet of the Aliens?
RS: She won't necessarily see the home planet, but you might...

Gondolom még mindenki emlékszik a korai 20th Century Fox üzletpolitikára, hogy az Alien-doboz (a 2000-ben megjelent) 32.000 forint volt! Na most a Fox DVD-k még mindig 7.000 Ft-ba kerülnek, úgyhogy nagyon bízom az InterComban, hogy sikerül egy barátságos árat kitalálniuk. De nem hiszem.

Isten ne adja, hogy más verzió jelenjen meg nálunk mint az amcsiknál...

A legtöbb külföldi már dec. 12 után tudni fogja a a választ. Mi meg, ha várunk a magyar megjelenésre, vmikor február-március környékén. Hogy rohadnának meg, mi a f**ért kell ennyit váratni mindig a magyar embert?! Ilyenkor tényleg az az érzésem, hogy Mo. Kelet-Európa...

van itt egy érdekesség:

itthon az volt írva az Alienről, hogy ugyan tartalmazni fog új jeleneteket, de mivel pár régi ki lesz vágva ezért mégis rövidebb lesz az új verzió.

nem mondok nektek ellent, eszemben sincs.
az ismert Anderson filmek tényleg nem a legnagyobb alkotások, nekem csak az Event Horizont tetszett, és természetes, hogy én is kicsit félek az AvP-től, bár tudvalevő hogy nagy rajongója vagyok a filmcím első felének, és tuti ott leszek a premieren és jóelőre megrendelem a DVD-t, de.
mivan, ha a készítők csak "fegyvert" alkalmaznak a kémkedők és kíváncsiskodók ellen. a félrevezetés fegyverét. lehet, hogy a végleges filmnek köze nem lesz mindahhoz, amit jelenleg mondanak róla... persze ez csak felvetés!

NEkem a Mortal Kombat 1 nagyon tetszik!!!!

Ok, talán túloztam, kiesett a fejemből a EH. De azért érthető ha dühös vagyok ilyen forgatókönyv ill. ötlet és ennyi eltolt vacak film után.

az AvsP tervezett szinopszisa a legdurvább faszság, amivel mostanság találkoztam (that includes matrix reloaded :))).

ill. négyet láttál. nekem eddig az első, shopping című tetszett a legjobban, bár ez biztosan azért van, mert elfogult vagyok az angol filmekkel, habár brit flickből is van szar (pl. a blow dry című rettenet), az event horizon fasza kis horror, de a "mindenidők" jelzőt túlzónak tartom, főleg annak tükrében, hogy nincs benen egyetlen eredeti ötlet sem. a resident evilt pedig inkább hagyjuk: talán csak a japán junk rosszabb zombifilm nála. :]

Ez így egyáltalán nem igaz. Halálhajó minden idők 2. legjobb sci-fi horrorja, fantasztikus hangulattal és látvánnyal. Resident Evil pedig látványos és izgalmas zombi-akciófilm.
4 filmje készült az ürgének abből 2 szar, 2 jó.

A resident evilnél is mondta hogy ő nagyon nagy rajongoja a játéknak, akor azt hittem azis jó lesz, persze hatalmas csalódás volt a film.
Az AvP filmre sokáig vártam hogy mikor lesz, erre Anderson lesz a rendezö, bár hátha nem lesz annyira rossz mint a RE.

Asszem Anderson barátunk aki eddig csak szart rendezett, ezt is alaposan el fogja tolni. Íme a storyról beszél (ami vmi eszméletlen f**ság):

Anderson described some of the artwork and hinted at the plot of the film. He told us the film opens 500 years ago at an Aztec temple... we are told the temples throughout the world were created for the purpose of welcoming "aliens" to earth... and a team of teenaged Predators are at the temple for a "becoming a man" ritual, where if they survive a host of deadly Aliens they will become men, well PREDATORS...

Well everything goes wrong and the three Predators face literally an army of thousands of aliens at the temple and faced with certain death they activate their self-destructs, completely destroying the aliens, the temple and any of the local inhabitants. Guess know we know now what happened to the Aztecs!

Fast forward to the present day as a band of scientists in the Arctic find a very similar temple and are soon caught in the middle of another "ritual" with five young Predators and a bunch of nasty Aliens.

Anderson tells us there is plenty of knock down action, alien & predator deaths to keep everyone happy. He mentioned that he is the biggest Alien & Predator freak in the world, that he's seen them more than anyone and knows everything there is to know about the films. From what we saw (a video montage of clips from all the predator & alien films) this looks to be the best fan favorite team up since Freddy vs. Jason...

Persze a végén meg volt a kötelező köt, hogy ő a legnagyobb rajongó a világon. Ja, persze vmi ilyet hallottunk az Alien 4 készítőiről is..

úristen. megnéztem ezt a pár perces plotfelvázolósdit. basszus, dänikent belekeverni egy alien vs predator filmbe?! anyám! ezt a balfaszságot. :[[[
